Link Pages

Link Pages let you create a beautiful “link in bio” page: the single page you share on Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, or anywhere else you can only add one link. Think Linktree, but built right into LinkCentral on your own WordPress site.

Your page lives at a clean URL on your domain (for example, yoursite.com/links), so visitors stay on your brand.

Getting started

1. Turn on Link Pages

  1. Go to LinkCentral → Settings
  2. Open the Features tab
  3. Under Link in Bio, enable Link in Bio pages
  4. Save your settings

A new Link Pages menu item appears under LinkCentral.

2. Create your first page

  1. Go to LinkCentral → Link Pages
  2. Click Add a New Link Page
  3. Give your page an internal name at the top (this is only used in WordPress, visitors see your Header Title instead)
  4. Build your page using the Page Builder and Link Page Settings
  5. Click Publish when you’re ready

Your page URL

Every Link Page gets its own public address at the root of your site: https://yoursite.com/your-chosen-slug

Set the slug under Link Page Settings → General → Public Slug.

Building your page

The editor has two main areas: the Page Builder (your content) and Link Page Settings (URL, header, and styling).

Page Builder

Click or drag blocks from the sidebar into the content area. Drag the handle on the left of any block to reorder it.

Available blocks

BlockWhat it does
TitleA section heading to group your links (e.g. “Shop”, “Latest posts”)
TextA short paragraph, great for announcements or descriptions
LinkA button that visitors tap to go somewhere
Icon BarA row of icon-only links, perfect for social profiles
SeparatorA visual divider between sections
Shortcode (Premium)Embed content from other WordPress plugins

Adding a link

Each Link block has:

  • Link title: the label visitors see on the button
  • Icon (optional): a small icon next to the title
  • Destination: where the button goes

You can send visitors to one of two places:

A. Custom URL

Paste any web address directly, such as your website, a YouTube video, an Amazon product, a mailto: email link, and so on.

B. Synchronized LinkCentral link

Connect the button to an existing LinkCentral short link. This is the recommended option when you want:

  • Click tracking in LinkCentral Insights
  • One place to update the destination: change the link in LinkCentral and your Link Page updates automatically
  • Scheduled publishing: the link appears on your page only after its publish date

To use a synchronized link, start typing in the URL field and pick a link from the search results.

Tip 1: Leave the link title blank when using a synchronized link and LinkCentral will use the link’s name automatically.

Tip 2: If you use synchronized LinkCentral links, you can schedule them to go live in the future — just like scheduling a blog post.

Icon Bar

Use an Icon Bar for social links or quick-access icons without button labels.

  • Add up to 6 icons per bar
  • Choose a Standalone style (icons only) or Circular style (icons inside round buttons)
  • Each icon can link to a custom URL or a synchronized LinkCentral link
  • Pick icons from a built-in library, including social networks like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more

Title and Text blocks

Use these to structure your page:

  • Title: choose a Small, Medium, or Large font size
  • Text: choose a Normal or Small font size

Separator

Add breathing room between sections. Choose a solid, dashed, or dotted line and optionally pick a custom color.

Header settings

Under Link Page Settings → Header, customize what appears at the top of your page:

SettingDescription
Header ImageYour profile photo, logo, or cover image
Image ShapeOriginal, Rounded, or Circle. With LinkCentral Premium, choose also Scalloped and Arch
Image SizeSmall, Medium, Large, or Extra large
Header TitleThe main heading visitors see. If left empty, your page name is used
Header SublineA short line below the title (tagline, job title, location, etc.)

Styling your page

Under Link Page Settings → Styling, control the look and feel of your entire page.

Page appearance

  • Background: solid color or two-color gradient (with direction)
  • Text color: applies to headings and body text
  • Font: choose from a curated set of Google Fonts (Inter, Poppins, Montserrat, Playfair Display, and more)

Link buttons

  • Background color: with an opacity slider for (semi-)transparent buttons
  • Hover color: how buttons look when someone moves their cursor over them
  • Link shape: Rounded, Pill, or Square corners

Templates

Not sure where to start? Pick a template to instantly apply a coordinated color scheme.

If something isn’t working as expected, check that:

  1. Link in Bio pages is enabled in Settings → Features
  2. Your page is Published (not Draft)
  3. Your Public Slug doesn’t conflict with an existing page on your site

Link Pages work with popular SEO plugins like Yoast SEO, Rank Math, and All in One SEO. Use your SEO plugin’s meta box on the Link Page edit screen to set options such as the meta description or Open Graph images.
