Payment and Purchase Issues
A. Payment Declined
If your payment is declined, there could be several reasons, such as incorrect payment details, bank security measures, or insufficient funds. Please double check your entered details and ensure the transaction was authorized. Try an alternative payment method if available.
B. Purchase Confirmation Not Received
If you’ve made a payment but haven’t received an email confirmation with more details:
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Please wait up to 15 minutes, as there may be a delay in sending the email.
Your account details will be sent by Freemius, our trusted licensing & payments provider.
Activation Issues
A. Invalid License Key
If you receive an “Invalid License Key” error, please:
- Double-check that you’ve copied the entire key without any extra spaces.
- Check your internet connection. We’ll need to verify the license with our servers.
- Make sure your license has not reached the activations limit. A license for 1 site can only be activated on 1 site, with the exception of localhost, development and staging environments — those will not count toward your total.
- Ensure your website does not block connections to our server. We need to verify the license with the servers.
- If the above didn’t help, please try to temporarily disable the caching layer (Memcached / Redis) or security plugins/layers (ModSecurity) on your site, just for the license activation. Don’t forget to enable them again.
