B. Purchase Confirmation and License Code Not Received

If you’ve made a payment but haven’t received an email confirmation with your license code:

  • Check your spam/junk folder.
  • Please wait up to 15 minutes, as there may be a delay in sending the email.

Your license key will also show up on the Order Confirmation screen. Please refresh your screen if the key is not visible, because it might take a few seconds to generate a unique license for you.

A. Invalid License Key

If you receive an “Invalid License Key” error, please:

  • Double-check that you’ve copied the entire key without any extra spaces.
  • Check your internet connection. We’ll need to verify the license with our servers.
  • Ensure your website does not block connections to our server. We need to verify the license with our servers.
